The Theme
Each of your relationships as a partner, a family member, a colleague, a boss, or an employee and reveals how you interact with the world and how your life energy flows—or freezes—at this boundary.
The Self mediates contact between Essence—your source of clarity, creativity, and presence—and the Matrix, which is your environment shaped by nature and culture. In every interaction, your Self reflects the alignment—or misalignment—between life energy and the world’s conditions. Relationship patterns demonstrate where the Self resonates with Essence and where energy becomes trapped in rigid forms—introjects and dissociated parts.
In this Master Class with Dr. Willem Lammers, participants will recognize how relationships affect every aspect of the Self, including the biological, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual dimensions. As war, ecological stress, and social fragmentation intensify, relationship patterns activate deeper structures of identity, loyalty, and belief. The Self responds in specific ways—through roles, reactions, and survival strategies—which point directly to patterns ready for transformation. The program is based on three lenses to observe these patterns in the Self:
- Present-day dynamics, shaping contact and meaning in daily life;
- Generational patterns, passed through families and cultures, influencing identity and belonging;
- Archetypal energy, shaping collective roles and universal meanings.
The Training Environment
It’s our intention to host an open space in time—a clear, safe environment where you study and deepen your relationships with peers who share your interests. The setting invites honest inquiry, steady presence, and tangible progress in both personal and professional roles.
- Six plenary sessions: Three hours each over four days, guided by me, focused on examining your relationship patterns—with partners or spouses, family and friends, and colleagues, leaders, and teams—and resolving patterns that limit personal and professional development.
- Practice groups of three or four: Self-organized sessions to deepen and broaden the work from the plenaries, drawing on your group’s empathy and competence; each meeting runs at least one hour and can continue longer within the available time.

Preparation
We recommend brushing up your knowledge of Logosynthesis by re-reading Willem Lammers’ Logosynthesis books. We will create a dedicated Facebook group to support you before and during the event. We will ask questions, give homework assignments, and post recent developments in Logosynthesis so that you will arrive well-prepared. That Facebook group will also provide the latest information about the details of your stay and suggestions for your visit to Serbia.
Your Guide
Willem Lammers, MSc, DPsych, TSTA, is the founder and developer of Logosynthesis®. He is a psychologist, a licensed psychotherapist, and a coach for people and organizations. Willem has been working on the boundaries of body, mind, and spirit since the beginning of his career. He is trained in bioenergetics, TA, hypnotherapy, NLP, and energy psychology, and he is a highly skillful teacher and trainer. Since 2005, he has been creating and developing Logosynthesis®, an amazing new model for personal development. He developed a coherent conceptual model and an easy-to-use method for guided change. Willem wrote numerous articles and books and likes to travel to offer lectures and workshops in many countries. In this Master Class, Willem will create a safe, protected environment in the service of your healing and development in relationships.
The Venue
We will meet at Maglian Campus, Gođevačka 24, Divčibare 14204, Serbia.
Maglian is a place where new experiences are made. Stroll through the forest with tall ferns, indulge in culinary delights, work in the shade of pine trees with enterprise-level Wi-Fi. Conquer the mountains on foot, by bike, or on a jeep safari, relax in the spa center, dine by the campfire to the sound of jazz or guitar music. From Belgrade, the travel time is about 1 hour 45 minutes; from Novi Sad, plan about 2 hours 45 minutes. Program Details
The structured program will consist of six half-day sessions:
- Thursday, May 7, 14:30-18:00.
- Friday and Saturday, May 8—9
- On Sunday, May 10, the group will meet from 9:30-12:00
- Practice group sessions will be planned during the sessions
- The program will end with lunch together
We recommend you arrive early to wind down from travel and your obligations in the outside world.
Fee
The Logosynthesis International Master Class 2026 will host 12-28 participants. The standard fee is CHF 800, based on Western European standards. Colleagues from countries with a less affluent economy will receive a discount coupon. You reserve your seat and your room by paying a non-refundable deposit of CHF 280.–. Click on the Purchase link to register. The remaining part for the seminar fee and the lodging in the Maglian Campus, is due on April 1, 2026. After your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a questionnaire with your arrival and departure dates, and we will invite you to join the dedicated Facebook group Logosynthesis Serbia 2026. If you cancel your participation within four weeks before the start of the program, you will be responsible to pay the full amount for the fee and your stay.
